Phone the Metlink Service Centre on 0800 801 700. This service is our primary public contact point, our staff will help you plan any public transport trip within our region.

Metlink staff can also offer assistance if you have any questions about the journey planner section of our website.

Operating hours for the Metlink Service Centre:

Monday to Saturday 7.00am till 9.00pm
Sunday 8.00am till 8.00pm

Timetables

Bus timetables are available from our reception at 142-146 Wakefield Street, Wellington, and at information centres, libraries and retail outlets throughout the region. Train timetables are available at Wellington, Porirua, Paraparaumu, Waterloo Interchange and Upper Hutt railway stations.

If you would like a timetable or guide posted to you, email your name and address to info@metlink.org.nz. Don't forget to let us know which timetable you want.

Compliments or complaints

The Metlink service centre will pass on any compliments or complaints you may wish to make about your public transport journey to the appropriate person. Or email us at info@metlink.org.nz.
